"Just the tip" 2023 (Macro)
Graptosedum maybe? Look close at the leaves and you can make out individual cells. These are just sprouted.

New growth on my variegated jade is looking lovely. I chopped its head off after I answered about Karlach the Kalanchoe and used it to help show how to prune and what would happen when you do. It only grew one new branch but that's okay with me!

Smol Baby is three years old!
He’s come a long way since he lived in a toothpaste cap.
Still very tiny, but very loved.

I watered my littlest plant babies today. These are all grown from succulent leaves that I acquired from a previous job. I planted them several months ago and many of them have since sprouted. I didn't label any of them... but they are mostly burro's tail. Row 2 Column 2 is an echeveria I think, and the one on the bottom is a jade plant.
I have these guys lined up along a windowsill in my house and I sometimes forget about them, but despite my neglect they all seem to be doing ok! Slow progress but they're still growing. All of them are planted in the Sol Soils Succulent Gritty Mix. I water them in the sink and also spray them with a mix of hydrogen peroxide and water. I read that this mixture helps keep pests at bay.
The smaller pots are repurposed Yakult bottles. I cut them and (dangerously) poked holes in the bottom for drainage. I should really buy a drill or something to make poking the holes easier...
The pink trays are repurposed Icebreakers Duo containers; I pull the lid off when I finish all the mints. The other trays are all repurposed candle lids.

Good news! My housing coordinator gave me the go ahead and I'm getting a lil leopard gecko buddy!! Going to be busy refreshing myself on all of that research I did while begging my mum for one when I was a teenager
#It'll be nice having another living thing in here to keep me company#besides my succulents#They're doing well btw! I repotted the jade plant recently and they seem happy with their new home

Back in my houseplants era 😌 (bought a peace lily)
#i basically used that flowchart thing that suggests easy houseplants for accidental plantkillers as a guide#they had an aloe vera but i think i’m allergic to aloe vera so i didn’t buy it#they also had jade plants but i didn’t realise they were jade plants so i didn’t buy one and i feel stuuuuupid#they had a lot of succulents but i don’t do well with succulents. i don’t get that much sun at my house#occasional bright indirect sunlight is like the best i can do#i might still buy a jade plant and a snake plant bc they look relatively easy. but i need to repot the peace lily first#i bought a really nice ceramic pot with it and it’s kinda big so i didn’t think it’d need repotting for a while#but apparently they grow super fast so i think i’ll just give the peace lily like a week to acclimate to being in the kitchen#and Then repot it#personal
